About Smoovers

Smoovers is an original approach to a much needed service. Web site moving and storage. Our mission is simple: Offer a service that makes it easy for any site owner to change web hosts or web servers. It's easy - give us some information about your current host, some about your new host and we'll handle the move for you.

How it Works

Step 1. Web Site Move
Our expert webmasters will import your current web site including all web pages, images, multimedia files, databases, etc. to your new web hosting account. Once moved all files will be tested by us and by you.

Step 2. New Email Configuration
Next we'll re-create your email accounts with your new host. We'll also show you how to simultaneously check both old and new email accounts insuring you do not lose emails.

Step 3. Domain Name Transfer
Finally we'll initiate your domain name transfer or DNS updates, whichever is suitable. Once propagation has completed (generally about 48 hours) your domain name and emails will all be resolving to your new hosting provider.

Optional Backup Storage Service

Ever had a server crash and lost your web site? Smoovers offers an optional web site storage service where we'll store a backup copy of your web site on our secure network. In the event of data loss, Smoovers can restore your backup site to your current host or new host with ease.
